Heirloom Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarella & Peach Salad

Hello! I wanted to share with you one last splash of summer recipe that is inviting, fresh & fun! It’s an easy to make salad that will have your guests feeling fancy.

Where I come from, summer has begun to fade into fall. The mornings are brisk, the afternoon’s are full of glowing sun, and the evenings become cool. If you’re like me, you’re savoring every last bit of summer that you can! This recipe will help you do just that. Savor the flavors of sweet summer time.

Method:

  • Slice tomatoes
  • Slice peaches
  • Slice Mozzarella
  • Arrange nicely on platter
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper

Eat and enjoy this divine – simple to make – summer treat. The flavors create a nice zing that your guests will be sure to appreciate!

*I used a regular Michigan grown tomato and it was close to an equivalent supplement since my grocery store didn’t have heirlooms
