This looks delicious! Is elderflower a liqueur? Or would this be St Germain?

Hi Mary, Elderflower is in fact a liquor. We recommend Thatcher’s organic Elderflower Liquor which has a smoother and more refreshing taste. Also, at half the price of St. Germain you can’t go wrong.
Yeah BUT the MARTINI came from the name of the Vermouth, and that would be nothing but MARTINI AND ROSSI’s Vermouth. Logic. I know that i wasn’t THERE when IT haeepnpd but from a former professional service bar bartender from LONDON that’s my opinion. I don’t make Martinis with anything else. You want to use Gallo? You want Noilly Prat? You’re payin’ the bill, bud’, so your tastes are the ones that count.
