Hey everyone!

I have a super simple side dish coming your way. I mean seriously, this couldn’t be more simple! I was flipping through a magazine one afternoon and stumbled upon this easy recipe. I ripped it out and took it straight to the kitchen. From there…it went straight to my plate, and boy, was it delicious! Here ya go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups of Chicken Broth (I used stock because I had it on hand)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice (I used instant!)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach (I used frozen!)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  • Heat broth and Italian seasoning in saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil
  • Stir rice and spinach in saucepan
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Cover and cook 20 mins or until rice is tender
  • Stir in cheese

From my kitchen to yours,

Mrs.Hoffman
